Case data responsibility

Users control what case data they enter. Do not enter subject, client, medical, location, media, or third-party information unless you have the authority to process it for the investigation and under your applicable obligations.

InvestigOR does not sell case data. Operational service providers may process data only as needed to host, secure, bill, support, or deliver the service.

We use access controls, account security features, audit-oriented records, and provider controls to protect the service. No system can guarantee perfect security.

Case, account, billing, support, and audit data may be retained as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and business records.
